Connecting for Health says that a letter about the NHS Care Records Service has been sent to every patient registered with a GP in each of its “early adopter” practices. But some people have contacted TBOO to say that they haven’t received such a letter.

We would very much like to hear from anyone registered at any of the following GP practices, who has not yet received a letter about the NHS Care Records Service. Clearly, people can’t make an informed choice to opt out if they have not been made aware of what is happening.
